New Era Publications International ApS is wholly owned by Church of Scientology International, a California non-profit religious corporation that serves as the Mother Church of the Scientology religion.

All prices on the website include VAT.
Additional shipping charges and import taxes may apply. These shipping costs will be calculated at the check-out page before you submit your order.
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, Mastercard Debit and Maestro.
Additionally, we accept Paypal, Apple Pay and MobilePay (MobilePay is a Danish payment service offered by Danske Bank).
We use very high and secure industry standards to ensure your payment is executed in the safest way possible. Our payment gateway is PensoPay and our payments are cleared by Clearhaus.
We deduct the amount from your payment card when we ship the product to the delivery address.

All orders are shipped from the address below. Orders to be delivered to Russia or Belarus are not currently accepted as we do not ship any goods there.
We offer free shipping with economy shipping methods for purchases above 400 DKK (about 40 Euro).
We strive to ship all orders received on weekdays, excluding bank holidays, within 24 hours. Similarly, we strive to ship all orders received on weekends and on bank holidays within 24 hours of the first following business day.
If you have any special wish or requirement with regards to delivery, please contact us at email@example.com and we will discuss the best shipping method to your country and location. If you choose another shipping method than our normally offered economy shipping method, you must pay for the difference in price.
We have more than 40 years of experience in international shipping to all corners of the globe and we will do our utmost in ensuring your package arrives fast and securely.
Right of Withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 days from the day you receive the goods. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, June 5th, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, you can wait until the following business day. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
You will forfeit the purchase sum fully or partially if the value of the purchased item has been reduced by taking the item into use to the extent this use exceeds what is necessary to examine the item, or if you damage the item.
If the item, e.g. a CD, is sealed, you forfeit your right to withdraw from the purchase when breaking the seal.
If you want to withdraw from a purchase, you must inform us that you would like to withdraw. You can send a letter or an email to our Customer Services:

Immediately after we have received your withdrawal request, you will receive an electronic receipt from us confirming receipt of your request.
We ask that you clearly state the order number of your order.
Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from a purchase, the purchase sum inclusive of costs for delivery (except for extra costs incurred by your choice of a different delivery method than normally offered by us) will be refunded to you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method to refund the purchase price to you as you used when purchasing the goods, unless you specifically agree to other means of payment. In no event will you have to pay transaction fees as a consequence of the refund.
The customer covers all return shipping costs in connection with the withdrawal from a purchase.
Any returns need to be packaged properly and sent to this address without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your desire to withdraw from the purchase:

Note: The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, so always make sure that you get a tracking number on the box. COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments will not be accepted.

The Danish Sale of Goods Act (in Danish: “Købeloven”) provisions on non-conformity apply to the sale of goods under this agreement. This means that you may either have the right to have the item repaired, exchanged, withdraw from the contract or receive a reduction in the price, depending on the actual situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified. However, if you are a consumer resident in another state than Denmark, (e.g. another EU Member State) other mandatory consumer protection laws may apply.
If you wish to exercise your rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you must contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. A notice of complaint made within two months is always considered to be within a reasonable time.
Obviously, we hope that our customers are satisfied. However, if this is not the case for you, please contact our Customer Services Department by e-mail or phone or by using the contact details provided below. Make sure to give us your name, order number and any other relevant details, including information about your complaint.
By EU law you have a 2-year guarantee as protection against faulty goods. You can ask for redress under this legal guarantee by contacting our Customer Services.

In case of failure to find a solution, you may complain to the relevant authority, if the conditions for this are fulfilled. One of the conditions is that the concerned company (New Era Publications International) must have been contacted first.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms, unless otherwise stipulated in mandatory applicable law, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Denmark without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your agreement with us or in relation to these terms will, unless otherwise stipulated in mandatory applicable law, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
