Withdraw from purchase
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase up to 14 days after the day you have received the item(s).
What to do:
- Fill out the form below and send it to us.
- Package and send the returned goods to the below address no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your desire to withdraw from the purchase.
- Once we have received the item(s), we will process your refund request within 14 days.

- The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, so always make sure that you get a tracking number on the box. COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments will not be accepted.
- You will forfeit the purchase sum fully or partially if the value of the purchased item has been reduced by taking the item into use to the extent this use exceeds what is necessary to examine the item, or if you damage the item.
- If the item, e.g. a CD, is sealed, you forfeit your right to withdraw from the purchase when breaking the seal.
